Well......I can't let the classical musicians dominate this thread :-) . I am lead trumpet in a 16 piece Big Band. We play all the Big Band Classics from the 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's. I am almost the youngest at age 63. We have three who are 85. Some of our guys actually played with the likes of Count Basie, Louis Armstrong, etc.... We play 40 times a year at retirement homes, nursing homes, etc... We are a charitable orgaization and accept donations which are used to fund inner city school music programs and instruments and lessons for needy children. I believe this music to be the greatest music from the greatest generation. Ps...I run an Elecraft K2/ Qrp with 144 mhz transverter and drive microwave stuff on all microwave bands from 903 mhz thru 10.3 ghz.

Good Evening,
Mozart's symphony #40 is playing in the background

Kevin,

 I can't resist writing a reply.
I am a radio amateur and also a concert pianist
and musician.
My performance of Mozart's #40 first movement is
at http://www.opus131.com/music/mozart40.mp3
I played all the instruments separately on a
Kurzweil PC88 keyboard to a sequencer and played
them simultaneously to a Kurzweil PC2R synthesizer.
To everyone, it's free for downloading with no
forms, passwords or tracking.
Please let me know if you like it, or otherwise.
