Brief clear instruction is nice when you are absolutely sure that no
user will face trouble.
Consider users that are not really new ones. They may be trying to setup
their new computers and they approximately remember steps that were
necessary several years ago. Completely new guide may be surprising. It
might be more comfortable for them to find familiar commands, but with
explanation why it is not an alternative any more.
