Thanks for the update, and sorry for some delay with replies. I am
fighting my backlogs this month.

If you can, it would be nice to add a commit message, following our
standard guidelines:
https://orgmode.org/worg/org-contribute.html#commit-messages. But it is
optional if you do not want to bother with the patch workflow.

I have squashed both your patches together and did another pass of reviewing.

Here are some more comments:

1. Project heartbeat section in /index.org is absent in the translation

2. /es/tools.org is not up-to-date with the latest tools.org - I've
added Android, iOS, and web section there.

3. You missed #+INCLUDE: "~/org-mode/etc/ORG-NEWS::Version"
   and #+macro: kbd (eval (org-texinfo-kbd-macro $1))
   in es/Changes.org

4. Some #+description lines are missing in the translated versions of
   the files

the links to manual are broken.

6. #+description: Org mode: tomar notas, planificar y redactar documentos en
Emacs

Unicode ":" does not look right. Is it how it should be in Spanish?
