I believe both cyrus and courier do, but as I recall their implementations are slightly different. I *know* courier does, but I've never figured out how to actually get them setup and working. I have to set an ACL to 'c' in order to make one, that's as deep as my knowledge goes at this point. Mail.app does not support them at all. Mulberry does. ThunderBird?
