Ok, new test for those that have no problem with unpacking. Send yourself a test message. Just one. To an account that you can be sure that when you collect it, just the one message will be received.
Now collect the mail from just that one account, so that you are downloading just the one email in this pass. Watch your Connection Status window, make sure you see your test message download (and just the test message). Does it unpack? Its important (very important) that you do this test using one account only, and receiving just your test email. If you receive any other emails, or any other accounts, the test is not valid.
