Bear in mind, there are a select few of us that putting the Custom Settings file in the Emailer Files Folder has had no effect, and were forced to manually change the resources directly in the application via ResEdit. I don't know why it doesn't work when it doesn't. I for one have never had it work for me at all... and have always had to manually hack the app. I believe there is a pre-hacked version of the 2.0v3 application on my FTP site.
