Hi Chris,

It solves the problem for that batch of messages but it comes back with 
the next set of incoming mail.  I have followed your instructions to the 
letter numerous times without success beyond that first time, and it is 
just easier to quit and relaunch emailer.  I don't know if others have 
experienced the same thing or not.  I am a pretty detailed person and am 
pretty good at following instructions "to the letter" unless there is 
something I am not seeing or my version of Classic under which emailer 
runs or something else on my machine is preventing your fix from working 
permanently.
