For what reason?  They were mailed at the same instant. It looks like 
they have identical long headers.  Is this a red herring?

This was not a message from the list but just an innocuous one from a

I have always had messages on my server deleted immediately once CE picks 
them up.

Why would CE have left one behind?

Generally however, the number of multiple messages has seemed to have 
decreased.  However, this is not the only message duplicated - there have 
been a few others since telling Spotlight to ignore the CE folder.
