I don't have an installer, but have you checked out Apple's Download
pages? They have a growing library of links to software and it is all
OS X native (and much of it Universal Binary). There may be a free or
cheap drawing app listed there.
Also, don't forget to check the Open Source category, as there is
most likely some GPL or similar app that has been ported to OS X.
