I've tried about six different drawing programs, but nothing is simple
enough for me to use.  I just want to annotate screen shots.  I have Graphic
Converter, but its tools aren't precise enough to do the few simple things
that I want.

I am currently using PowerPoint to do the annotations.  It's a shame that
Apple does not include a graphics program with the OS.
