I migrated, too, to OS X and I found that Classic is not the same as a Mac running Mac OS 9.x native. There are quite a few programs which just don't work with Classic -- they crash. FileMaker Pro e.g. Works sort of -- but you can't print, can't import pictures or graphics, etc. etc. I hate to admit, that I now use Entourage of Office 2004 with Mac OS X. I had to quit [EMAIL PROTECTED] when it stopped working with my DSL line (the provider required some settings neither of Chris's versions of [EMAIL PROTECTED] could handle). So I switched to Outlook Express 5.06 with Mac OS 8.6 which imported my [EMAIL PROTECTED] database just fine. Switching from Outlook to Entourage was painlessly done as well. I tried Apple Mail which imported the Entourage mail DB well, but it was a hassle to import all the adresses into Address Book and I gave up on that, maybe I'll try again some time in the future. When I find an OS X version of FileMaker I will retire Classic for good.
