You're quite right. I have multiple accounts on my machine: I have
a separate "working" account from my administrator account, so
that, when I'm surfing the web, I don't do so with administrator
access, in case I encounter a malicious web site. The first time I
tried unzipping my Emailer files into the Applications folder, I
couldn't, so I logged into my Administrator account and unzipped
from there, not thinking that I'd need read/write access to make
the program work. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. Glad you were able to fix it. I spent 10
minutes "Googling" and the "unknown error (-5000)" is invariably
provoked by a permissions problem. So we all learned something!
