Eric,

the path to realtime specifies the path where you installed the rtai 
program.
The location where you were previously able to run the latency tests, you 
reported as working.
If on this PC (different from the one you used initially) you have no rtai 
installed, then you need to fix that first.
(e.g. install the rtai-* package).
