I'll run those programs on my Pc's and see if I can reproduce the violation. Was it a crash as in a segfault, or just an acceleration violation?
I also had tcqPut fail once as well, which halted the program. I'll need to look into that a bit more. I've only seen it once, but it could be an expensive error for a long program, if it stops 90% of the way through.
