I found the Odroid-H2+ bios to be well behaved and booted from both Linux Mint and the Debian Buster distro on the Linuxcnc web site. No special BIOS settings required. The non supported network card is a minor inconvenience which would be nice to resolve. Win32DiskImager on Windows still remains my favourite tool to create bootable USB's. Its never failed for me.
