Test voltage was 1500 RMS.

Insulation abnormalities: noise from the PS units, and
some perturbations in the hi-pot current.

Dunno. Check the Symposium web site in another month or
so for the program. Or buy last year's Symposium CD.

About 10 minutes on a normal day. A bit longer on an
abnormal day (sun). If you're playing soccer, comes with
the first tackle (regardless of sun).
