It is not publicly available. 2) What are the major differences between IEC 62368-1 3ed and 2nd editions ? I can’t help you with that. I’m not familiar with the standard. 3) Is Sub-clause 4.1.1 on uses of IEC 60950/60065 Components still allowed in IEC 62368-1 3ed ? Same answer.
