Dave E said earlier how he sets the offsets in tkemc. G54 is the default coordinate system that's in effect when the machine starts, and after M2 etc. But if you have no home position you could just use the Home button which is a lot simpler. Like I said in my previous message, right clicking is not involved (that is the point - we are avoiding tkemc's right click stuff) Have you tried the AXIS frontend and the touch-off feature?
