No, because the driver sets up the I/O ports as 16 inputs and 8 outputs, this 
does not match the signal directions of the 7I33 so there would be conflicts 
(outputs connected to outputs). THe HOSTMOT configurations I/O has the ability 
to have port direction set to "IN" or 'OUT' on a per bit basis but AFAIK, the 
driver hardwires the I/O to the 16 IN followd by 8 OUT format.
