I'm trying to figure out where it might be best used. It would have to be a spindle motor, maybe for an X2 class mill or a 7x12 lathe, but standard 1/2hp three phase motors can cost about the same or less, so the only advantage might be the higher RPM. I may have to buy another machine to try it out. -- Kirk Wallace http://www.wallacecompany.com/machine_shop/ http://www.wallacecompany.com/E45/index.html California, USA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Stay on top of everything new and different, both inside and around Java (TM) technology - register by April 22, and save $200 on the JavaOne (SM) conference, June 2-5, 2009, San Francisco. 300 plus technical and hands-on sessions.
