You can only use one kinematics module at a time. 5axiskins is a kinematics for a milling machine with 2 head rotations, so if your system is fixed-head with rotating work then you don't need 5axiskins and gantrykins should be easily configured for your needs. Incidentally, the joint mappings in 5axiskins seem to be exactly as they should be.
