The only amp I know of which requires a sinusoidal input (or three
PWMs) is the Mesa 7i39.
However, the bldc component has three (or six) PWM amplitudes as one
of the output options.
Hall and Encoder input to 3xPWM output is one of the better-tested
configurations, actually.
