One thing i didn't check is if it changes *WHEN*  M3,M4,M5 are acted on
in the G code.
Also i would think spindle forward and spindle reverse HAL pins should be 
changed
in the same way.
Whether its a good change for everyone is another story.
Personally it makes sense to me to have it work the way you want it.
But I think traditionally you had to set a S code in industrial controls.
