IIRC ... vacuum pull down the photomask over the substrate (board) expose with UV. Develop with toluene. Etch. Since I'm a packrat (I'm obviously relate to Neotoma cinerea ) ;-) the KPR is tucked away someplace. It may have auto-polemerized.
