ok so the off center was a machine location and not a concern with the program . i still presume x and y 0 were the center of the part correct? you really have a lot of code here without comments . it looks like it is the code fro the inside and outside profile is the outside symmetrical? i seen no g41 or 42 so there is no cutter comp it is programmed to the toolpath. you need to measure and see if the error is in the inside or the outside. what cad package did you use to draw the part ? post the drawing in a link and i will see if i can find errors . usually cam will not cause what you have i think it may be drawing error, or cammanipulation error . i no longer have cam bam installed that pc got blown up in a power crisis
