I had inland motors on a Kearney and Trekker mill, Most problems I had with that machine was the encoders. The ones built in we're quite small and fit in the motor housing with a small set of gears driving them.I took one apart once the glass disk was damaged, damaged before I started taking it apart, that is. They do get a lot of carbon dust inside.
