Linuxcnc 2.7 configured for "uspace" realtime builds and runs on x86, x86_64 and arm. our master branch even builds on 64-bit arm.
However, it needs to be paired with a preempt-rt kernel (which generally only gets latency low enough for servo-cycle-only designs with smart I/O) and each individual board needs individual hardware drivers.
