Possibly not.

2.4Nm on a 50mm sprocket or gear (at a guess) gives you 48N of force.
x 2 as you have two motors.
That's 100N, so the gantry will accelerate at 0.4g.
Which actually sounds OK, but the 100N cutting force sounds low.

(0.4g means stopped at one end to stopped at the other end takes 3
seconds for a 3.5m bed)

A smaller sprocket will give proportionally better results, but there
is a limit to how small you can go without wearing the belt or gears.
