Its been plugged in now for about 1h:20m, and without moving it, the 
motor is up to about 104F. I've no clue what the half power time 
actually is but its obviously kicked in.  I'll put the kill-a-watt in 
circuit and see if I can detect the diff. when hooked to the function 
generator.
