Tried it today but still could not get chuck inside. Hydraulic pump had some effect, applying valve on hydraulic and chuck stuck even though not fully inside and could be released by pumping up pressure but with only tip locked on inside it can't work. Guess I have to disassemble to figure out what might be wrong.
