I am adding poor man's trajectory planning.. (not really planning)

adding the ability to add a tangent-tangent radius to the polygon..   This
is so there isn't an abrupt change in direction.

The one pic shows a 0 radius vs .020 radius...  The over shoot for the
given spindle rpm is all but zero.
