Hello Gene!
Just to make sure I understand correctly - you have 5 or 6 setups
where you control SSR relay directly from FPGA board pin without any
intermediary hardware?

Does it matter for FPGA board if the pin is sourcing or sinking
current? It would make sense to me to wire it on GND side for "active
low" because pin will be high when PC is turned on and LinuxCNC
starting up and joints being homed etc.
