it depends - yes - they are - in some cases - in others they are not
(edje_edit, editje), as such they include src and can be decompiled and
re-compiled. it also depends on their function - in many cases the edj files
for modules simply act as icons - they may as well be png's - just chosen to
use edj files for more flexibility. so it depends.
