if you are after a visual bell notifier - it will be displayed overlayed
somewhere on the side when it happens. if you want the title we can do the same
thing on title changes. u dont need it there ALL the time. if u want to click
on a tab to interact u have to move your mouse anyway... and thats covered
above.
