I actually have to give it another try in E to pinpoint the issues. I do 
know that Elementary Test DnD works fine in Weston, however there is 
some issues with E's pager and dragging windows to other Virtual 
Desktops. There may be More issues than that (wrt DnD) within E, but I 
have to run it through the paces to pinpoint them.
