That is funny! Spend my time fixing an issue other have ignored for years. Despite that I cannot run Wayland. Those that do are not seeking to further EFL in needed ways such as addressing the above. Yet they make it the responsibility of people looking to develop applications to do such. That seems a bit off and funny! It is not my fault code exists in ecore x, that may not in wayland, win32, etc. That the abstracted layer elm_cnp, does not support the coded stuff in ecore x, much less adding the same to others. This seems like quite a bit of work and not trivial in nature. Which is likely why it was never done. Bit ironic to give someone grief then expect them to do work in an area others have not.
