First off this is an EFL issue YOU have never addressed. Ecrire sat for years without YOU making any commits. YOU did not need to go off and make a commit to a dead repo. Knowing someone is actively doing work else where seeking to merge that back into the main repo. All you did was make that require more steps. It did not help to further Ecrire. It was a pointless action. Any impugnment is your own making entirely. >You picked the fight. I left you entirely alone. No, you didn't leave the code alone. You chose to commit to something you KNEW I was working on else where. No one forced you to commit or touch ecrire's dead repo. > I didn't tell you what to do. Nor did I if you look back and read. But you are trying to tell me EFL requirements etc. It is MY choice to support Wayland with ecrire given I am the one who is furthering that project. How I choose to do such is up to me. Like it or not. Now me unlike others. I am open to feedback and trying to work to address needs of all.... If you want to support Wayland. You could have addressed this bug years ago or now. Or make some effort to help... https://phab.enlightenment.org/T1798 Or the new one. https://phab.enlightenment.org/T5476 > Not until you started to tell me what to do in my domain with the > attitude of "I know better" and then start to turn it personal. Given the fact I was talking to you a bit ago about how you would not do releases on things you could have because they were OTHERS projects. That you let people run their own projects etc. That you were not overseeing release such that all worked with EFL were timed with its releases etc. Yet you run and make commits into an area you know I am working on. Which say I care less you are furthering this. I care less about this being your project. I am going to do what ever. Even though when that is NEEDED for other things you will not do that stuff. It makes allot of sense... Next time I won't bother with any other dead apps or code. If I do, like is likely to happen with Ecrire. I will just fork and continue on. -- William L. Thomson Jr.
