With messages on a remote IMAP server, unlike POP messages in the local Inbox, there can be a time lag not really under Entourage's control. You just happened to see a message just as it was being processed by a rule. By the time your click registered, it was already whisked off to is specified folder, so you got the next message instead. That said, IMAP is the no.1 focus for improved implementation in Entourage. And MLM is currently a main focus of that main focus.
