Jim, I see the same problem from time to time. Closing the window and
reopening it usually gets rid of the problem. If it becomes a <persistent>
problem, I'd say that's the time to try the rebuild. However, as Paul also
pointed out, the typical rebuild is quite painless; it just takes a fairly
short time. So it can't hurt anything.
