The corresponding mailing list for Word is not very good - it's a very low traffic list with mostly old diehards using Word 5, 6, and 98. You should instead go the the Word Mac newsgroup, which you can find in Entourage by clicking on the Microsoft News Server in the Folder List, filtering for mac.office (if you wish) and selecting microsoft.public.mac.office.word and any others that catch your eye, then clicking Subscribe button. The newsgroup(s) will then appear in the folder list. Go there and 300 headers will download. (You can change the number in Tools/Accounts/News/Microsoft/Options). peruse the backlog, click More for more, and the New button to ask your own question. there's a wonderful Word MVP there, John McGhie, just about due back from holiday, who knows everything there is to know about Word Mac, and several other knowledgeable people (including other MVPs) there. DON'T subscribe to any of the newsgroups where the "office" precedes the "mac": they're deprecated. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Mac Office -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
