While I understand your frustration, your tone of "voice" and quickness to place blame are really uncalled for. You have been offered free help by some of the best minds around and you have repaid most of them with verbal abuse. Since there is obviously something very wrong with your hardware and/or your software installation, I suggest you spend some money and hire a certified computer technician who can get to the bottom of your problems. I don't know where in Australia you live; if you're far from a big city where such techs are usually located, you should still be able to find someone who can get on the phone with you and spend a couple of hours, or however long it takes, walking you through the steps necessary to diagnose and fix your problems. -- Beth Rosengard Mac MVP Mac Word FAQ: <http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/WordMac/index.htm> Entourage Help Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
