What's your number one priority? Macro or low light level
capabilities? That'll answer your question. Besides, you can 
get the 100mm Macro plus a nice 35/2 or 50/1.4 for less than 
the price of the 35/1.4. ;-) Both are excellent lenses, BTW.
If you don't need both, the 35mm focal length and the f/1.4 
aperture, one of those might save you a lot of money.
