|| The point is that I do a lot of mountain photography and sometimes it
|| is nicer to have a person in the picture who enjoys the beautiful
|| landscape etc. Unfortunately, most of the people I know dont like to
|| be photographed or it is too early in the morning so I thought I
|| could the following setup: put the camera on a tripod, select the
|| picture I want to take, then set the timer so I have enough time to
|| get into the right place. the 10 second delay of the camera "self
|| release" wouldnt be enough, I think. So thats what I want to take
|| the timer remote release for (sorry for my insufficient English not
|| to explain it more correctly). Surely the wireless remote would be
|| more comfortable, but also much more expensive...
||

I am, often, in the same situation. I sometimes feel the need of an
imaginary camera, that not only activates on remote, but also transmits the
viewfinder image to me, who is hidden somewhere in the bushes. Now I can,
remotely, observe the scene in front of me, and trip the shutter when I want
to. With modern wireless technology like bluetooth and what not, this might
be available just round the bend.

Regards
Sanjay
