I have an Elan IIe which is now packaged up for sale, but I used it numerous
times with the (white) Kenko Pro 1.4x without problems. I also have both the
50mm (mk I) and the 100-30mm lenses from your list, but I think I could only
say for sure I used the teleconverter on the 70-200 2.8L.

I just took it (the converter) out and tried it on both an EOS-3 and D60
with both lenses we have in common with no problem. FWIW, I always put the
teleconverter on the lens and then mount both to the camera while it is
turned off. I think there was a discussion once before on the list about the
proper sequence to put the body, converter and lens together, but it ended
without a very clear conclusion.
