I am the fellow who bought Dave's Alon, N6359V. Dave improved it a lot, kept it in good shape and I was fortunate to get it. It is a good harness and I recommend it. As for others putting it in their airplane, I am unfamiliar with the legal issues and will defer to the advice others have given. I am pretty sure Dave didn't sell me rights to sell his engineering drawings! Actually we talked about this a bit during the sale, and I had the impression he was going to retain the rights and continue selling the drawings. I guess that's not the case.
