After reading many pages on shoulder harness installation it looks like
the
one I was talking about can be used under the term given for  [MINOR
CHANGE ] as it does not require any changes of any kind to the A/C you
just
remove a few rivets and reinstall new ones in the same holes. So any
authorized mechanic can make the entry in the log book as a minor change.
I
am referring to the shoulder harness installation from Falconar in Canada.
This only pertains to A/C manufactured before 1978 the way I read it.
