Everything depends if you are selling or if you would sell if someone gave you 25K. There are Ercoupes selling righ now for less than 16K. And these suppose to be perfect aircrafts, well I have bought many airplanes during the past 50 yrs and most need much more work than you  first think.
 
Good luck on your 25K. Not from me tho.

I got to go with Kevin.I wouldn"t take less than 25k for mine and its not for sale. Good luck on that 16-20.
