Jerry,

I think he's correct that he's not automatically authorized - but it's just
a paperwork exercise.  I think he just has to read and familiarize himself
with the Sport criteria and Practical Test Standards and apply.

It might be worth asking him to do it, though.  Some of the new SLSA have
significantly more useful load and internal size than our Coupes.  There's
been some improvement in the state of the art in the last 65 years.

Demand for Sport licenses may grow.  If the FAA came up with useful changes
to the program in their meeting a month or so ago, maybe it'll even grow
faster.
