I'd prefer to stick with the 8" (7.67" actual) OD, as that will be expensive enough. My plans were to make a 2.2K# thrust standard engine, then try a similar performace aerospike and compare data. Goal was high speed (Mach 2+) and high altitudes. Until someone finds money for construction and HTP, and ongoing expenses, planning beyond this is silly. After that, 8" HTP/kero biprop.
