carriers. Keep in mind that for smaller carriers, the gateway may vary by

We started noticing difficulties with sending notices to certain carriers last 
year. Somehow, we got the idea to try converting the SMS gateway to the MMS 
gateway. That seemed to work for the carrier that was giving us issues, so we 
made the change for all of our gateways. I haven't heard of any issues since we 
made that change. I can't claim that this will be a perfect or permanent 
solution, but it may be worth a try. If anyone would like to see how we have 
our carriers set up currently, I'd be happy to share.

carriers, mostly Verizon and AT&T.  The bounce backs usually say that the user 
can’t be found or that the service is unavailable.  In most cases the users are 
getting the SMS messages, albeit on a delay.  These locations are not having 
email notice issues, so the sending address is good.

I was just curious if anyone is also experiencing this and if they found 
anything to remedy the situation.
